Johan Suites & Spa - Kuressaare

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip. It was in close proximity to the city center, making it easy to navigate around. the private kitchen in the apartment was useful for preparing my own meals, and the coffee machine was a nice added touch. the spa facilities were excellent, with a variety of options such as saunas, pools, and hot tubs to choose from.

The check-in process was slow and disorganized, and there was no one available to assist with our luggage upon arrival. the breakfast options were limited, with little to no options for those with dietary restrictions.

Beautiful apartment design, spaciousness. Comfortable sofabed and double bed. Cozy and clean spa. Central location, near main street, castle, and beach. Good breakfast and restaurant food. Late serving of food offers flexibility. Quiet and good noise insulation. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. the rooms are decently equipped with basic amenities such as a fridge, decent-sized TV, and comfortable beds. the spa facilities are also adequate for a quick relaxation dip in the pool.

The lack of daily cleaning, unclean bathroom towels, and stained sheets gives the impression of poor service quality and hygiene standards.

We stayed at this place for five nights and enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect, situated near the city center, which made it easy for us to explore the town and visit the nearby castle. The spa and outdoor pool were a highlight for us, especially during the hot weather. The staff was friendly and helpful, even allowing us to check in early. The room we stayed in was separate from the main hotel and was beautifully decorated with a nice bathroom. The spa facilities were just what we needed, with a variety of saunas and swimming pools, both indoors and outdoors. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options.

Spent Easter weekend in an apartment with the family! Loved the spacious property, plenty of room for everyone. Best thing was that it was located in the very center, everything nearby. The outdoor pool area was small but enough for a relaxing dip! And the mini SPA was a sweet bonus! Totally recommend it!

Just a couple of things to note. No air conditioning, so in hot weather, it might get a bit stuffy.

We loved everything about this hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. This hotel is a great value for the price. The spa was fantastic with both indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, and jacuzzi. The location is perfect- within walking distance to the city center and castle. it was a peaceful vacation and we would definitely come back!
